Terms of Service

Welcome to ShareXtra, operated by Forepine Technologies Private Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ShareXtra's web platform, storage systems, APIs, and associated tools (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, uploading files, or creating short transfer links, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

To use ShareXtra, you represent and warrant that:

• You possess the legal authority to form a binding contract under Indian Law and applicable international regulations.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or possess legal parental/guardian consent to use the Service.
• You are not barred from receiving services under applicable trade sanctions or local laws.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions executed under your registered account. ShareXtra is not liable for unauthorized access stemming from weak passwords or exposed API tokens.

ShareXtra grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our cloud transfer platform. Features include file uploads, password-protected links, auto-expiry controls, branded custom domains, and workspace collaboration.

Billing Partner Notice: All payments, subscriptions, and recurring invoices are processed securely via Razorpay. ShareXtra does not store credit card details or bank credentials on our infrastructure. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@forepine.com.

ZERO TOLERANCE: Any violation of our Acceptable Use Policy will result in immediate link termination, account suspension, and report to relevant legal authorities.

You explicitly agree NOT to use ShareXtra to upload, host, or transmit:

• Malware, ransomware, Trojan viruses, or executable exploits
• Pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or extreme violence
• Phishing pages, credential harvesting forms, or deceptive links
• Unsolicited bulk email payloads (SPAM distribution)
• Illegal financial or scam documents

Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership of all files, images, and documents you upload to ShareXtra. We do not claim any copyright or proprietary rights over your data.

Platform Ownership: The ShareXtra interface, branding, code, APIs, and design architecture remain the sole property of Forepine Technologies.

While ShareXtra does not pre-screen private files, we act promptly upon receiving DMCA takedown notices, legal subpoenas, or malware abuse reports by immediately removing violating transfer links.

You may close your account at any time through the settings dashboard. Forepine reserves the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate security or copyright terms.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forepine Technologies, its officers, and affiliates from any third-party claims or legal damages arising out of your uploaded content or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Continued use of ShareXtra after notice of changes signifies your acceptance of updated Terms.
