No. They open the link in any browser. If you set a password, they enter it once.

Can clients download the photos?

Yes. Clients can download from the gallery. You control the link, its password and its expiry date.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, on a paid plan. Add your domain in settings and ShareXtra shows you the DNS record to create.
