Upload, share the link, done.
ShareXtra does three jobs: sending files, sharing event photos, and collecting files from other people. Here is how each one works.
Send files.
- Step 1
Upload your files
Drag files or whole folders onto the upload box, or pick them from your device. Every file type works, and a basic transfer needs no account.
- Step 2
Get your link
When the upload finishes you get a unique link and a QR code. Copy it and send it however you like.
- Step 3
They open it
The other person opens the link in any browser, previews the files and downloads. No app and no sign-up.
Share an event.
- Step 1
Create a gallery
Put the event photos in a folder and choose a look, logo and cover.
- Step 2
Add photos as you go
Upload from a phone or laptop, or connect a camera so each shot arrives by itself.
- Step 3
Share the QR code
Print it for the venue or send the link to the guest list.
- Step 4
Guests find themselves
A guest takes a selfie and sees the photos they are in.
Collect files from anyone.
- Step 1
Create a request link
Set a title, an optional password, allowed file types, an upload limit and an expiry date.
- Step 2
Share the link
Send it by email or chat, put it on a website, or print it as a QR code. The person uploading needs no account.
- Step 3
They upload
They drop their files, add their name and an optional message, and submit. Files land in your storage.
- Step 4
You get notified
An email arrives when someone submits. Open the dashboard to preview and download everything.

Quick answers.
Do recipients need an account to download?
No. Anyone with the link can download in any browser, with no sign-up and no app.
Does the person uploading to a file request need an account?
No. Anyone with the request link can submit files. They enter their name and, if they like, an email.
What file types are supported?
All of them. Videos, archives, design files, documents. You can limit the types on a file request if you need to.
What happens when my free storage is full?
New uploads pause until you delete old files or upgrade. Your existing files and links stay active.
Are my files private?
Yes. Files are encrypted at rest and in transit, and links cannot be guessed. Add a password for another layer.
Can I cancel a link after sending it?
Yes. Any link can be switched off from your dashboard. File request links can be opened and closed at any time.
Try it with your own files.
Send a transfer without an account, or sign up free for galleries, requests and history.
