How the limits work.
How does storage work?
Your plan sets a storage limit. If your subscription lapses, uploading pauses, but existing files stay available within your download quota.
How does the download quota work?
Each plan includes a monthly download allowance, counted by the total size of files served. It resets every billing cycle and unused quota does not roll over.
What if I need more?
You can top up download credits from the dashboard at any time, or move to a bigger plan and get its quota immediately.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel or downgrade at any time.
